Over 11,000 teams from 33 countries competed in the Vex Robotics competition, and the best 450 teams have just fought it out in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
Our team is the best. They have won the World Championship Excellence Award, the most prestigious award available. This award recognises outstanding team work, and that we have won it is a stunning achievement. This is the first time in the history of the competition that this award will be leaving the United States, and is a true tribute to our success as a school.
Our congratulations go to Mr David Aston, without whom none of this could have happened and to the team, Jason Collingwood, Levi Chapman and Taryn Kemp. We are so proud of our team’s achievements.
